Chant

To chant or not to chant? That may be your question. Or you may not be interested at all and that is ok.

Chanting is another therapy that could be useful in your healing. Everything is not for everybody. I chose this as a therapy because it helps me to focus for small periods without thinking of anything else but chanting. It is up to you to find what works for you. If not chanting, find out whatever it is that does work. Take the time to invest in yourself, to heal yourself. “YOU” are special in every way and “YOU” are worth it!
